• Happy 4th of July!!

  I hope everyone had a great time celebrating one of the hottest holidays of the summer =)..We've had a nice and laidback weekend so far, so heres a little summary of what I have been up to..Thursday we went to go try out the Boiler...It was cajun food, and they basically cook your food in this kettle steamer..I was reading reviews about a place called the Oyster Bar inside the Palace station in Vegas, and was wondering when I would get to have a chance to go there and try it out for myself..Then I found out that they just opened a restaurant right by my house, from the people who created the restaurant in Vegas..The food was really good! I had the pan roast which consisted of this spicy tomato cream with lobster,crab,oyster, shrimp served over a bed of rice..Kenric had the jambalaya with rice..Both dishes were ever so hearty! SooOo, delish!

  Friday, we took Mochi to the beach...I guess everyone was starting their celebrations early because the whole beach was packed..It was such a nice day out, Orange County sure does have the best weather.
  
  Saturday, we went over to Kenric's co-worker's place to hang out.. Lianne met up with us there, and I got to do some catching up with her..I met some people there that I also really clicked with. This is probably the first time that I've actually hung out with people whom I dont know since I have been down here..It makes me miss not having my friends closeby..Anyways, we brought Mochi along, and once again he was the life of the party..He was so pooped out, because he didnt get one second of rest from just wandering around to having people wanting to play with him...
