eating brings me such joy, especially when I get to cook and savor my creations afterwards..For some people, they only like to eat and not cook..But I enjoy every single aspect of FOOD!..I like to cook it, watch it, eat it, take pictures of it, talk about it, and BLOG about it!
..I am soOoo addicted to the Food Network..I can watch Rachel Ray, Giada, and Paula Deen all day!..Im always tivo'ing everything just so that I can fast forward away those stupid commericals and not miss a second of any of their shows..Anyways, since I have been home alot, I have been printing out recipes and baking alot..Last night, I baked some chocolate double fudge cupcakes with walnuts and mascarpone/cream cheese frosting..! I had 2 this morning for breakfast and Kenric brought the rest to work for his co-workers..If he didnt bring it to work, I swear I would have finished them all by myself today lols..Well, its barely noon, and Ive heard that the cupcakes are almost already gone..
The OC fair is this weekend, and I cant wait to go!!! There is going to be so many foods that I am already listing out to try..I havent been to a fair since I was in elementary school..So, this should be exciting..Whoohoo!

@infinitiNY - i was thinking of just changing my major to food management or something..the more i think about it, the better it sounds =)..oOoh yeah Duran Duran will be at the fair this Saturday and Black Eyed Peas will be there end of July I believe..

PUAHAHA i wish i was still in cali...instead im back in bum fuck Boston reminiscing about my trip about a week ago....sadly back on the grind but my tummy feels empty...i did go to one place you suggested...that's right DIN TAI FUNG...the dumplings are fuggin fantastic...You have to hit up class 302!!! i didnt try the apps or dishes...i was too full from din tai fung...but i see that they have oyster omelette...do me and yourself a favor go and try it...ugh oyster omelettes are the bomb...and def. get the snow and make sure they have the mochi...girl i think we can hang man we both love food way too much...i feel you on the food network man...the travel chanel is my other station too...i love bizare foods...he makes me want to eat goat nuts no problem...cali has amazing places to eat...your very lucky...im a jealous bitch! but you know what hole in the wall places turn out to be the best... but yeah i can talk about food all day everyday...say why dont you pass me a cupcake and a glass of D milk...im hungry!!!
ohhhh btw i just wanted to let you know my friend has a husky too...when i found out he had one i thought of you..its such a beautiful looking dog...i want one when i get more sq. footage...your and your pup have the same color eyes

"he makes me want to eat goat nuts no problem"..ur hilarious!..Yeah, I love Andrew, but they've only been showing re-runs lately..So, me and my bf has gotten into Bite me with Dr. Mike? He is crazy!!!..I didnt know until u pointed out that Mochi and my eye's are alike in the picture, but im wearing the Geo Tear Lens in those, so maybe thats where the resemblance came from..Ooh, and Mochi is an Alaskan Malamute, they are twice the size of Huskies and only have brown eyes instead of the blue or silver eyes that Huskies are so commonly associated with..=)
Tell me when you come back to Cali..We will for sure kick it next time, and go on a eating binge together..
